2024 Summit + Expo - General FAQs

PVA has setup a master account with the hotel. The lodging grant nights will be charged to the master account. Reimbursement will not be provided directly to the lodge grant recipient

This year, the lodging grant will cover up to 3 nights hotel stay only at the Marriott Anaheim in Anaheim, California.

Once you complete registration, you will receive a confirmation email stating your request was received. Once the approval process is complete, you will receive a lodging grant award letter by email. You must have your registration fee paid in full in order to qualify for the lodging grant.

Your application will not be reviewed until your registration fee is paid in full.

The lodging grant is part of the online registration process. You must fully register to be considered for a lodging grant. There is a question within the registration that will ask if you are applying for the lodging grant.

The registration fee is not refundable at any point in time. A credit of $300 may be applied to the following year for approved transfers. Credits will be granted on a case by case basis until June 30, 2024. After June 30, 2024 transfers for credit will not be granted for cancellations.

The designated conference hotel is the Marriott Anaheim in Anaheim, California.

The group rate is $175 per night plus applicable taxes.

You must hold your Hotel Reservation with a credit card, however, it will not be charged until Check-In (or Cancellation Fee within 72 hours of arrival).

The conference will be held August 25 - 28, 2024.

No, PVA has established a block of rooms at the Marriott Anaheim in Anaheim, California and will not reimburse or provide credit for any other hotel.
