PVA has set-up a master account with the hotel. The scholarship nights will be charged to the master account. Reimbursment will not be provided directly to the scholarship recipient.

This year, the scholarship will cover up to 3 nights hotel stay only at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center.

Once you complete registration, you will receive a confirmation email stating your request was received. Once your information completes the approval process, you will receive a scholarship award letter by email.

Your application will not be reviewed until your registration fee is paid in full.

The scholarship is part of the online registration process. You must fully register to be considered for a scholarship.

The early bird registration fee ($100) is transferable but not refundable at any point of time. Reimbursement will be granted on a case by case basis until July 15, 2017. After July 15, 2017 refunds will not be granted for cancellations.  All approved refund requests will be subject to a $75 administrative fee. Refunds will be made after September 12, 2017.

The designated conference hotel is the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center.

The group rate is $169 per night.

You must hold your Hotel Reservation with a credit card, however, it will not be charged until Check-In (or Cancellation Fee within 24 hours of arrival).

The conference will be held August 29 - 31, 2017.

No, PVA has established a block of rooms at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center and will not reimburse or provide credit for any other hotel.

The scholarship applies to the room nights only. So, in the case of a room share one (1) scholarship is applied to the room.
