No, we are not able to find another date in 2020 that we can assure will be safe. PVA is very excited to announce that the 2021 Healthcare Summit + Expo will be in Dallas, TX, August 30 – September 1, 2021. We are looking forward to celebrating the 10th Anniversary with you!

Yes, we will issue a full refund or credit towards the 2021 Healthcare Summit + Expo in Dallas, Texas. Please complete this form with your choice.

If you previously canceled, a credit towards next year’s Healthcare Summit + Expo has been applied. You may instead request a refund by completing this form. If you received a $100 credit applied to this year, we will apply your credit to 2021 Healthcare Summit + Expo.

Please contact the airlines directly if you have already made travel reservations. Many airlines are giving travel credits or waiving cancellation fees due to the COVID-19 crisis. However, policies for each airline may differ.

Consumer Reports is collecting stories from people who have credits vs. refunds from airlines because of the need to curtail travel. Click here to share your story.

If you have booked a hotel room in our block at the Renaissance Hotel, it will automatically be canceled by the hotel. If a deposit was paid at time of booking, it will be refunded. 

PVA will not refund individual travel costs. If you purchased travel insurance, please contact your provider for information and next steps. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Yes, all attendees will need to register for the 2021 Healthcare Summit + Expo. Registration information will be sent out as soon as it is available.

PVA has set-up a master account with the hotel. The scholarship nights will be charged to the master account. Reimbursement will not be provided directly to the scholarship recipient.

No, PVA is not a vendor to the VA.

This year, the scholarship will cover up to 3 nights hotel stay only at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld.

Once you complete registration, you will receive a confirmation email stating your request was received. Once your information completes the approval process, you will receive a scholarship award letter by email.

Your application will not be reviewed until your registration fee is paid in full.

The scholarship is part of the online registration process. You must fully register to be considered for a scholarship.

The designated conference hotel is the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld.

The group rate is $167 per night.

You must hold your Hotel Reservation with a credit card, however, it will not be charged until Check-In (or Cancellation Fee within 72 hours of arrival).

The conference will be held August 13 - 15, 2020.

No, PVA has established a block of rooms at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld and will not reimburse or provide credit for any other hotel.
