COVID-19 FAQ

No, we are not able to find another date in 2020 that we can assure will be safe. PVA is very excited to announce that the 2021 Healthcare Summit + Expo will be in Dallas, TX, August 30 – September 1, 2021. We are looking forward to celebrating the 10th Anniversary with you!

Yes, we will issue a full refund or credit towards the 2021 Healthcare Summit + Expo in Dallas, Texas. Please email Art Crofoot at ArtC@pva.org.

Please contact the airlines directly if you have already made travel reservations. Many airlines are giving travel credits or waiving cancellation fees due to the COVID-19 crisis. However, policies for each airline may differ.

Consumer Reports is collecting stories from people who have credits vs. refunds from airlines because of the need to curtail travel.

If you booked in the group block the hotel will automatically cancel your reservation and you will receive a cancellation confirmation email after it is processed.

No, we will not refund individual travel costs. If you purchased travel insurance, please contact your provider for information and next steps. We apologize for any inconvenience.
