COVID-19 FAQ

No, we are not able to find another date in 2021 that we can assure will be safe.  PVA will announce plans for the 2022 Healthcare Summit + Expo very soon.

Yes, we will issue a full refund or credit towards the 2022 Healthcare Summit + Expo. Please email arthurc@pva.org with your choice.

Please contact the airlines directly if you have already made travel reservations. Many airlines are giving travel credits or waiving cancellation fees due to the COVID-19 crisis. However, policies for each airline may differ.

If you have booked a hotel room in our block at the Omni Dallas Hotel, it will automatically be canceled by the hotel. If a deposit was paid at time of booking, it will be refunded.

 

PVA will not refund individual travel costs. If you purchased travel insurance, please contact your provider for information and next steps. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Yes, Alliance will be reaching out to all exhibitors who have freight at the warehouse to arrange return shipments. Alliance works with Old Dominion Freight on all shipping items. PVA will cover the cost of any return shipments.
